All the following terms and conditions will be applied to the transfer bookings made on the website owned by the company:

Milano Transfer is a company registered in the register of companies of the Milan Chamber of Commerce. When payment is requested at the time of booking, Milano Transfer will send the details of the payment made and the booking data by e-mail or fax. This confirmation document is your ticket, and must be kept and presented to the Milano Transfer drivers.
The ticket also includes any booking for the return; It is important to keep it for as long as necessary. Generally the payment is non-refundable except in circumstances where Milano Transfer for reasons of force majeure and at its discretion, agrees to cancel the reservation at the earliest with respect to the terms described in this paragraph.
If the booking is made by telephone, it will be subject to acceptance by the customer of the terms and conditions described here. They are available on our website and on request by e-mail, fax or telephone.

1. Communications of delay
In the case of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify our Tel number: (+39) 324.83.30.841 by SMS or an e-mail to to guarantee you the presence of one of our staff at the arrival.

2. Booking rules
The destinations and the pick-up addresses on your ticket are the addresses where you want to be accompanied or taken. Each change is subject to payment of an administrative fee of € 3.00 per booking if made before 4 hours from the event. With shorter deadlines it is necessary to make a new booking, in this case there may be variations about the type of carrier used differently from what was requested in the original booking.
2.1 Request of the car
The request of the specific car (chosen) can not always be fulfilled; the important thing that has a transport capacity equal to the amount of people (communicated in the booking) who have requested the service.

3. Waiting at the addresses and locations of the Users
The rates applied by Milano Transfer include a waiting time of 10 minutes in places other than airports and railway stations, OR locations and addresses of Users.
The cost of any waiting will be calculated in 15-minute increments, starting from the originally scheduled time, referring to the amounts shown below (RATES PER HOUR OF WAITING AT CUSTOMER DISPOSITION). This amount will be added to the cost of the transfer, and payment will be due by the User directly to the driver at the end of the Service.
In the absence of communication of delays by the User, and after 30 minutes from the agreed time, the driver may leave the place of waiting, without prejudice to the right of Milano Transfer to pay for the Service.
4. Right to cancel Sedan / Monovolume
The customer can cancel the reservation by sending an e-mail or fax
The reservation will be considered canceled when Milano Transfer will receive a written communication to the following addresses:

Cancellations can be made up to one day before the event without incurring any expense.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance from the time of transfer will be subject to payment at the full cost of the trip.
5. Right to cancel Minibus
The consumer can withdraw from the contract for the supply of a journey by minibus, without paying penalties, in the following cases:
* significant modification of one or more elements of the contract objectively configurable as fundamental for the use of the service considered overall and proposed by the organizer after the conclusion of the contract itself but before departure and not accepted by the consumer.
In the cases mentioned above, the consumer has alternatively rights:
* To take advantage of an alternative journey, without a surcharge or with the restitution of the excess of price, if the second supply has a lower value than the first
* Return of only the part of the price already paid. This return must be made within seven working days from the receipt of the reimbursement request.
The consumer must give notice of his decision (to accept the change or to withdraw) no later than 2 working days from the moment he received the notice of increase or change.
In the absence of express communication within the aforementioned term, the proposal formulated by the organizer is considered accepted. To the consumer who withdraws from the contract before departure outside the listed hypotheses, the individual cost of practical management and the percentages of the participation fee will be debited as a penalty (regardless of the payment of the advance).
In any case, the withdrawal exercised after the third (3) business day prior to departure, does not entitle you to any reimbursement. No reimbursement is foreseen for the withdrawal caused by the lack or unsuitability of the personal documents necessary for expatriation or obtaining the entry visa of the Countries that request it. In the case of pre-established groups, these sums will be agreed from time to time upon signing the contract.
Each passenger can carry with him up to TWO SUITCASES, EVERY SURCHARGE OF BAGGAGE ES: SKIING AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking. We must be informed about the presence of bulky items such as skis, snowboards, etc.
Occasionally a difference will be requested in the logo for the transport of particularly bulky items or excess baggage. 6. It is forbidden
Milano Transfer reserves the right (by means of its own delegated drivers and reporting any abuse to the public security organs) to refuse the transport to any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or which constitutes a danger to the driver of the car and for other passengers. Passengers are not allowed to drink alcohol in our vehicles. Smoking is forbidden on Milano Transfer cars, however exceptions may occur when expressly indicated by the driver.
7. Statement of responsibility
Milano Transfer undertakes in every reasonable way to make its vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators arrive in time to take and arrival appointments at their destination. Milano Transfer will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control. Passenger transport is fully covered by the insurance that Milano Transfer has stipulated for its own vehicles with third parties. If Milano Transfer proves impossible to transport the passengers to the booked and paid destination for its own means and the means of external collaborators, Milano Transfer will organize the transfer with external means (TAXI, Rental with Driver) and then reimburse to the customer the cost of this transport upon presentation of receipt / invoice. The reimbursement for the transfer can not exceed the rates in force for the use of TAXI in the same route. Milano Transfer can be held responsible (if a service has been booked) for any costs and losses due to delays and errors attributable directly to our competences, in this case a limited reimbursement of € 200.00 per booking will be provided. Milano Transfer reserves the right to change at any time parts (or entirely) of these agreements without giving prior notice to customers, members, tour operators or agencies. These agreements will be authentic in relations with the customer in place of those provided by third parties. The customer is obliged to report as soon as possible any problems deriving from inefficiencies or defects directly attributable to our work. We will take action to quickly resolve any inconvenience and loss in full customer satisfaction.
These conditions of transport and all the services connected to them comply with the laws that regulate the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees the protection of the passenger and his baggage.
Any dispute or controversy concerning the activities carried out between Milano Transfer and the customer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Milan Bar (Italy).
